  1. Technology partners
Technology partners

The products we deploy, license, and support for US businesses, chosen because we run them daily.

If you arrived searching for a Microsoft CSP or a Jamf partner, this page tells you exactly what we do with each product rather than showing you a wall of logos. There are two partnerships, Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and Apple Jamf Partner, and a short list of products we work with around them. That list stays short on purpose. Being genuinely good at a dozen products beats being nominally partnered with fifty, and the difference shows up the first time something breaks at four in the afternoon. Margin did not put anything on this list, and when a product is wrong for your situation you will be told so and pointed somewhere else.

What "partner" means in practice

What the word partner is supposed to mean, in six specifics.

Announcing a vendor relationship costs nothing. Delivering against one is the whole job. Below is the actual scope behind every product listed, and it applies identically whether the license came through us or you brought it with you.

Licensing registered in your name

Every subscription, key, and support contract lives in an account your company owns. Nothing is parked under our tenant for convenience. If the relationship ends, you keep all of it and the handover is a permissions change rather than a purchase order. We hold this line even in the cases where it would clearly be easier for us not to.

Deployment by people who do it weekly

Most incidents we investigate trace back to something set up through a vendor wizard and never revisited. Defaults are built to make a trial succeed, not to survive an attacker. Our builds follow the published hardening guidance and then add what running these products in production has actually taught us. The resulting configuration is written down and handed over, not carried around in one engineer memory.

Day-2 support through one service desk

Everything listed here goes into the same ticket queue. Nobody on your side should have to determine whether a mail delivery failure belongs to Exchange Online, the DNS record, or the firewall before they are allowed to report it. Working out which layer broke is our work, and honestly it is the majority of the work.

Renewals managed ahead of the date

Two findings show up again and again when we take over an environment: a security subscription that expired months ago and has quietly stopped updating, and backup licensing that lapsed without anyone noticing. Every renewal we manage is tracked and raised with you well ahead of the date, with a recommendation attached. Sometimes that recommendation is to change product rather than renew, and you will hear that even though it is the less profitable advice.

Health checks against vendor best practice

Everything drifts. Baselines fall behind the vendor guidance, policies pile up until nobody remembers which one does what, backup jobs fail quietly for weeks, and the configuration that fit the company two years ago no longer describes it. We review what we support against current guidance on a schedule and give you the findings in writing rather than mentioning them on a call.

Migration on and off, in both directions

We move companies onto these products, and when the fit turns out to be wrong we move them off. Tenant migrations where every mailbox survives intact, device management moves where no machine is ever left unmanaged mid-transition, and platform moves between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace running in both directions depending on the client. Willingness to migrate you away is a large part of why the recommendations mean anything.

The products

What we deploy, license, and support.

Each entry links to a full practice page covering scope, how we deploy it, and the questions clients ask. If what you run is missing, keep reading. What we support is considerably longer than what has a page written about it.

Microsoft cloud, licensed through CSP

We are a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider partner: licensing with support from the people who deployed your tenant instead of a call center.

  • Microsoft 365Build, migration, hardening, and daily administration of the platform the majority of American offices already sit on.
  • Microsoft 365 licensingCSP licensing: the right bundle per user, renewals tracked, and no paying twice for a capability you already own.
  • Microsoft EntraIdentity, Conditional Access, and the P1 vs P2 decision, deployed as the front door to everything else.
  • Microsoft IntuneDevice management for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android inside the licensing you may already hold.
  • Windows 365 Cloud PCPer-user cloud desktops for contractors, offshore teams, and data that must not live on the endpoint.

Microsoft security and compliance

The security stack most US businesses already partly own and rarely fully use. We deploy it properly and keep it tuned.

  • Microsoft DefenderEndpoint and email threat protection, configured beyond the defaults it ships with.
  • Microsoft SentinelCloud-native SIEM: the logging and detection layer auditors and insurers increasingly assume exists.
  • Microsoft PurviewData governance, DLP, and records management for HIPAA, GLBA, and state privacy law obligations.
  • Microsoft PrivaPrivacy risk management and subject rights requests, the operational side of CCPA and CPRA.
  • Compliance ManagerFramework assessments and improvement actions tracked inside the tenant you already run.
  • Copilot securityGetting the data governance right before AI is allowed to read everything.

Apple device management, as a Jamf Partner

We are an Apple Jamf Partner. A Mac and iPad fleet deserves Apple-native management rather than a Windows product with a Mac tick box bolted on, and since we deploy both Jamf and Intune, the recommendation you get is not decided by which one we can install.

  • Jamf ProFull Mac and iOS fleet management: zero-touch enrollment, configuration, patching, and app deployment.
  • Apple Business ManagerThe foundation for zero-touch deployment and volume app purchasing, wired to Jamf or Intune.

Productivity platforms and infrastructure

The foundations the rest of it stands on. Licensing, migration, hardening, and ongoing support across both major productivity ecosystems and the infrastructure beneath them.

  • Google WorkspaceDeployment, security settings, and ongoing support for companies whose working day happens in Gmail and Drive.
  • Active DirectoryThe on-premises identity layer many US businesses still run, kept healthy or retired deliberately.
  • Cloud migration servicesWorkload moves to Azure and Microsoft 365, planned as coexistence rather than a weekend of hope.
  • Data backupBackup designed around restore tests rather than backup jobs, including Microsoft 365 data.
  • IP telephonyBusiness phone systems deployed and supported alongside the rest of the stack.
How products earn a place here

Nothing reaches this page until it clears four hurdles.

What you see above is what survived. A good number of products were evaluated and turned down, and a few were dropped later when the vendor changed direction on us. The four tests are these.

We run it ourselves before we recommend it

Our own company runs the same stack we recommend: Microsoft 365, the identical security baseline, the same backup routine. Nothing goes to a client until our engineers have lived with it long enough to find the sharp edges. The product described in the datasheet and the product you own in year three are rarely the same thing.

The vendor's own support has to be reachable

Some failures nobody but the vendor can fix: a genuine platform bug, a licensing system that will not issue the key, an outage on their side. Before anything joins this list we need to have watched that escalation path work on real cases, within timescales a business can actually absorb. An excellent product behind an unreachable support organization fails here, and several have.

The licensing has to be clean

Readable terms, licenses that travel with you, and no arrangement that quietly binds you to whoever sold it. This is exactly why every license we manage is registered to the client. We have spent too many hours untangling environments where the outgoing provider held all the keys to ever build that situation for someone else.

It has to be supportable for years

Once a product is embedded in how a company works, you have entered a relationship measured in years, not months. So we look for vendors with balance-sheet staying power, honest end-of-life notice, and a history of not quietly killing product lines. Interesting newcomers get watched rather than sold, at least until they have proved they will still be there at your second renewal.

A note on badges

Exactly what we claim, and exactly what we do not.

Partner programs award tiers, and a tier mostly records how much a reseller moved last year. It says nothing about whether the deployment was any good. The claims on this page are kept narrow enough that you could check every one of them.

  • What we claim: we are a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider partner and an Apple Jamf Partner. Those are the only two vendor relationships we hold, and both are working relationships our engineers use weekly.
  • What you will not find here: tier levels, badge counts, or a certification list that would quietly become untrue the moment an engineer changed jobs or a vendor restructured its program. Everything else on this page is described as deployed and supported, because that is the claim we can actually stand behind.
  • Here is the test worth applying to any provider, us included. Ask to see something they built and have them justify each decision in it. Fifteen minutes of that conversation tells you more than every badge on their homepage combined.

Multi-vendor environments

No company runs a single vendor, and the trouble always lives in the seams between them.

Four or more of these products run side by side in the average American business. The real value of having one team across all of them is that somebody owns the boundaries, and the boundaries are precisely where a ticket ends up bouncing between three suppliers who each insist the fault belongs to one of the others.

The standard US office stack

Microsoft 365 for identity and email, Intune on the devices, Defender on the endpoints, a firewall on the internet edge, and backup protecting the data. Four or five vendors, one service desk, one throat to choke when something between them misbehaves.

Mac office on a Microsoft cloud

Design studios, agencies, and engineering groups routinely run Mac fleets against a Microsoft 365 back end. Jamf Pro handles the devices, Apple Business Manager supplies zero-touch enrollment, and the Microsoft half stays configured properly instead of drifting. These two ecosystems cooperate only when one team is accountable for both sides of the join.

Google shop with Microsoft edges

Running Google Workspace does not keep the Microsoft world at arm length. An acquirer arrives on 365, a large customer insists on Teams, the accounting package assumes Windows. We keep the Workspace core healthy while making those Microsoft edges cooperate instead of fighting each other.

Multi-site and remote-heavy companies

Offices in several states, remote staff in more, cloud workloads holding the shared systems. One identity plane, one device baseline, one monitoring view, and one team that knows why every policy and VPN tunnel exists.

Security in layers, not in one box

A firewall at the edge, Defender on the endpoints, Sentinel watching the logs, Purview governing the data, and tested backup as the last line when everything else fails. Each layer tuned so they do not duplicate or conflict, which is where most self-assembled stacks go wrong.

Estates in transition

Half-finished migrations are a normal state of affairs: mailboxes split across two tenants mid-acquisition, an MDM pilot running alongside the old imaging process, a server pending its move to Azure. We run coexistence deliberately instead of pretending every estate is clean.

Beyond the practice pages

Also in daily support, no dedicated page yet.

The products above earned their own pages because we do enough of each to have something worth saying. Day to day we support considerably more than that. Everything below is running in a client environment we look after right now, supported with no partnership claim attached to it.
  • Cisco and Meraki

Switching, Wi-Fi, and cloud-managed networking in the estates we support.

  • Ubiquiti UniFi

Office networking and Wi-Fi for SMBs that want capable kit without enterprise complexity.

  • Fortinet and SonicWall

Perimeter firewalls configured, patched, and monitored as part of support agreements.

  • Dell, HP, and Lenovo

Server and endpoint hardware, brand-agnostic diagnostics and lifecycle management.

  • VMware and Hyper-V

Virtualization platforms kept healthy, or migrated to Azure when that is the better answer.

  • AWS

Support for the AWS workloads that already exist in estates we take over.

  • Linux

The Linux servers quietly running one critical thing in most estates we inherit.

  • Veeam and Acronis

Backup platforms common in estates we inherit, fully supported and restore-tested.

  • Line-of-business SaaS

QuickBooks, Salesforce, and the accounting and CRM packages your business already runs on.

Technology partner FAQ

What businesses ask us about vendors and licensing.

Yes, and it is one of the most common ways a relationship with us begins. A Microsoft 365 tenant moves onto our CSP arrangement with no interruption to mailboxes or data at all, because that transfer is paperwork rather than a migration. Jamf and most other subscription products allow an existing license to move to a new managing partner, and we deal with the vendor forms. The very first thing we check on any takeover is whose name each item is actually registered in. Licenses sitting inside a previous provider account is a genuinely frequent finding, and recovering them is far easier while everyone is still on speaking terms.

Both, and either one works without the other. Purchasing through us means a single invoice, renewals surfaced before they arrive, and support from the same people who built the thing. If your procurement policy or an existing enterprise agreement means the licensing has to come from somewhere else, that is completely fine and we will deploy and support it regardless. Where the license was bought is not something we are precious about. The single condition, in both cases, is that it ends up registered to your company.

Almost certainly not. Linked products are simply the ones we do enough of to justify a dedicated page. The unlinked list covers much more of what actually sits in the environments we look after: Cisco, Meraki, UniFi, Fortinet, SonicWall, Dell, HP, Lenovo, VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Veeam, Acronis. Past even that, IT support has always meant working with whatever is genuinely installed rather than what should have been. Send us what you run and you get one of three straight answers: yes, yes with a caveat worth knowing, or no along with a name of someone who can.

The Cloud Solution Provider program is how Microsoft licenses its cloud products through partners. In practice it means your Microsoft 365 and related subscriptions are billed through us, adjusted month to month as your headcount changes, and supported by the engineers who actually run your tenant rather than a generic call center. Your tenant remains yours: the data, the domain, and the Global Administrator accounts stay in your name, and if you ever leave us the subscriptions transfer to another CSP or to direct billing without touching your mailboxes.

Every renewal date under our management is tracked and raised with you in advance, with a recommendation attached: renew unchanged, adjust seat count or tier to match how the company has actually grown, or occasionally move product because the market shifted underneath it. Nothing renews on autopilot and nothing lapses unnoticed. That second half matters more than it sounds, because an expired security subscription keeps passing traffic quite happily while silently no longer receiving the updates that were the entire point. And if you leave us, the licenses leave with you, because they were in your name from day one.

No, and we would treat it as a warning sign if it were. This page exists because these products suit most American small and mid-size companies most of the time, which is a very different claim from suiting everybody always. Where your environment genuinely calls for something else, an enterprise platform we do not carry, a specialist system built for your industry, or simply keeping an incumbent that is working perfectly well, you will hear that. We publish head to head verdicts on this site, Intune against Jamf, Microsoft 365 against Google Workspace, precisely because the honest answer changes with the situation. A provider whose recommendation is always the thing they happen to sell is not advising you, they are quoting you.

Two partnerships exist and exactly two are claimed: Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and Apple Jamf Partner. Beyond those, this page carries no tier badges and no certificate inventory, deliberately. Badges largely record sales volume, and a certificate list starts decaying the day an engineer changes role or a vendor reshuffles its program. What we will stand behind is checkable: every product listed here is deployed and supported for real American clients, and we will happily walk you through a live configuration and justify each decision in it. If your procurement process needs a specific credential confirmed, ask and you get a current, truthful answer instead of a logo wall.

We open the case, run it, and remain accountable for how it ends. Nobody on your team is handed a case number and left to chase a vendor. This is one of the less advertised benefits of licensing through a partner: our escalation routes into these organizations are established and used regularly, and a case that arrives from a partner with the diagnostics already attached moves considerably faster than a cold customer ticket. While their engineers work their side, ours work whatever interim workaround keeps you running.

Yes, and that is the usual shape of our agreements rather than a special arrangement. One contract spans the Microsoft or Google platform, the endpoints, security, backup, and voice, with a single queue and a single escalation route across the lot. The benefit only becomes obvious on a messy ticket. Email is slow: is that Exchange Online, a DNS record, the firewall, or the carrier? Split across separate per-vendor contracts, that question ping-pongs between suppliers for days while nothing improves. Under one agreement it is simply ours to isolate, and we do.

Yes, in both directions, onto the products listed here and away from them. The usual jobs: Mac management moving from nothing at all, or from a tool that never fit, onto Jamf or Intune; mail platform moves between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 with every mailbox intact; tenant consolidation after an acquisition closes; and retiring a tired on-premises server into Azure or Microsoft 365. Every one is planned as a coexistence period with a defined switchover, not a weekend of downtime and optimism.

It is a fair question to put to any reseller, and the honest answer is structural rather than a pledge. First, every license is registered to you, so leaving is always cheap, and a provider you can leave cheaply has to keep earning the work on service alone. Second, we support plenty of products we do not sell, so advising a switch never creates dependency on us. Third, we publish head to head verdicts on competing products we deploy, including pairs where we hold a relationship with both vendors. Fourth, everything on this page runs inside our own business, which is by some distance the most expensive recommendation to fake.
