Microsoft licenses each plan per user per month on an annual commit, with list rates rising from Business Basic through Business Standard and Business Premium to Enterprise E3 and E5; check Microsoft's current price list for exact figures. GCC and GCC High carry a 10-25% premium. As a Microsoft CSP we can issue licenses with consolidated USD billing and quarterly true-ups.

Business Premium for organizations under 300 users that need MDM and Defender baseline. Enterprise E3 for mid-market companies needing unlimited users, Power BI, and tenant-wide licensing flexibility. Enterprise E5 when Defender suite + Sentinel-level security analytics + Teams Phone make sense on the same SKU. We map the decision in scoping with a written recommendation.

Either works. As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) we can issue licenses with consolidated USD billing and tax-friendly invoicing. Or you keep your existing EA / NCE direct subscription and we operate it as your managed partner.

Yes. Copilot grounds responses in your Microsoft Graph data, so the deployment risk is over-shared SharePoint sites and lax OneDrive permissions surfacing in prompt responses. We run a SharePoint permission audit and access-package review before Copilot licenses go live, then enable Copilot with prompt audit logging and DLP-aware data-access policies.

About 4-6 weeks end-to-end. Weeks 1-2 are audit and configuration; weeks 3-4 are the cutover wave with mailbox migrations running outside business hours; weeks 5-6 are handover and managed-run handoff. User-visible disruption is under 30 minutes per user.

Priority-tiered SLAs: P1 critical issues get a five-minute response, P2 high-priority get ten minutes, P3 standard get thirty minutes. When hands-on work is needed we arrange vetted local field partners and manage the visit. Coverage is round-the-clock, not just business hours.

Yes. We start with a one-hour Secure Score audit covering Defender baselines, Entra conditional access, MFA coverage, DKIM/DMARC alignment, and external-sharing permissions. Then we deliver a written remediation plan you can accept or adjust.

Yes. We deploy GCC for state, local, and tribal (SLT) governments and Microsoft's GCC-aligned commercial customers. GCC High is available for DoD contractors handling CUI under CMMC 2.0 Level 2/3. We handle the eligibility verification and Microsoft validation paperwork.

Microsoft's US data-centers when your tenant is provisioned in the US region. We can also deploy to EU, UK, Canada, or Asia-Pacific regions if your compliance posture or customer footprint requires it.

Microsoft 365 native retention (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) is 30-90 days. For longer retention, ransomware recovery, or legal-hold-resistant backup, we deploy Microsoft 365 Backup (Microsoft's native product, GA 2024) with point-in-time restore. We can also operate third-party backup (Veeam, Druva, AvePoint) when policy requires it.
