Senior team, no first-line filters

Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet and Sophos certified engineers. The person you sit next to is the one taking the call, writing the proposal, running the engagement.

Real US office, real clients

On-site roles work from our Brooklyn office. Remote roles deliver to USA clients on USA business hours. We do not subcontract on-site work, ever.

Ownership over hierarchy

Small team, flat structure. You own the client relationship and the technical outcome. Decisions happen in the room, not after a three-week approval chain.

We pay for certifications

Microsoft, Okta, SailPoint, Ping, ITIL. If a cert is on the path to a client engagement we run, the company funds the exam and the prep time.

I joined as an L2 engineer in 2022 and now lead our cybersecurity practice. The Microsoft and Okta certifications were paid for, the client work was challenging, and the leadership listened when I had ideas. That is rare in IT services.
